Start with the Terms of Service, which incorporates the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI Transparency and Output Policy and the Billing, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. If you are buying for an organisation, read the Data Processing Addendum and the Sub-processors list as well. Where documents conflict, the Data Processing Addendum governs the processing of customer content, then the Terms of Service, then the specific policy on that subject.
