1. Scope

2. Intellectual Property and Brand Imitation

  • instruct the model to copy, clone or produce a substantially similar version of an identified brand, designer, collection, runway look, print, pattern, logo, character or other protected work;
  • upload artwork, prints, photography, technical drawings or logos that you do not own or have permission to use;
  • generate counterfeit goods, replica products, or anything bearing a third-party trade mark without authorisation;
  • remove, alter or forge provenance markings, watermarks or metadata that identify material as AI-generated; or
  • pass Output off as having been reviewed, certified or approved by Seamix AI or by any standards body or testing house.

3. Prohibited Content

  • sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in a sexualised way; any content that sexualises a real identifiable person without consent;
  • content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence or hatred against a person or group;
  • extremist, terrorist or violent-extremist material, or instructions for weapons, explosives or other means of causing serious harm;
  • personal protective equipment, children's sleepwear, medical devices or other safety-critical products presented as compliant or tested, because Output is unverified and cannot support a safety claim;
  • deliberately deceptive material, including fake certifications, fabricated test reports, forged compliance marks or misleading country-of-origin claims; or
  • content that is unlawful in the market where you intend to use it.

4. Other People's Data

  • Do not upload photographs of identifiable people unless you have their permission and a lawful basis.
  • Do not upload other people's body measurements, health information or other personal data without a lawful basis and, where required, their consent.
  • Do not upload special category data such as health, ethnicity, religion or biometric data.
  • Do not upload a customer or supplier database, or any bulk personal data set, to the Service.

5. Technical Restrictions

  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our Security and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, model allowlists, generation allowances, rate limits, quota enforcement or billing;
  • create multiple or automated accounts to obtain additional free allowance;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the Service, or use it through unauthorised automation, headless browsers or resold proxies;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, prompt architecture, system instructions or model weights;
  • attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking or any other technique intended to make the model ignore its safety or policy instructions;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the integrity, performance or availability of the Service; or
  • resell, sublicense, white-label or provide the Service to third parties, or use Output to build or train a competing product or model.

6. Reporting and Enforcement
