The rules for promoting Seamix AI for commission: how attribution works, what promotion is not allowed, and how and when we pay.

Last updated: 14 August 2026 // Version 1.0 // Governing law: the laws of England and Wales

1. Programme Status and Acceptance

2. Commission and Attribution

  • Commission is 20% of the net subscription revenue we actually receive from a qualifying customer you refer, for as long as that subscription continues and you remain in the programme.
  • Net revenue means the amount received after tax, payment processing fees, refunds, credits and chargebacks.
  • Attribution is by referral link with a 60 day tracking window, on a last-click basis. If a customer arrives without your tracked link we cannot attribute the sale.
  • Self-referrals, referrals of your own organisation, and referrals of existing or previously registered customers do not qualify.
  • Commission on a payment that is later refunded or charged back is reversed.

3. Payment

  • Commission is calculated monthly and paid in arrears once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout threshold notified to you.
  • Payments are held for 30 days after the underlying customer payment to allow for refunds and chargebacks.
  • You are responsible for your own tax, and you must provide any tax information we reasonably need. We may withhold amounts where the law requires it.
  • We may withhold or reverse commission where we reasonably suspect fraud, incentivised or misleading traffic, or a breach of these terms.

4. Promotion Rules

  • make claims we have not made, including guarantees about accuracy, compliance, factory acceptance, uptime, earnings or business results;
  • describe Output as verified, certified or production-ready, or imply that Seamix guarantees manufacturability;
  • bid on our brand terms or trade marks in paid search, or run advertising that implies you are Seamix or an official reseller;
  • use spam, unsolicited bulk email, cookie stuffing, typosquatting, adware, toolbars, forced clicks, or coupon and cashback sites without written permission;
  • post on our behalf, register domains or social accounts containing our marks, or publish content that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Seamix channel; or
  • fail to disclose the commercial relationship. You must clearly label affiliate links in line with advertising rules such as the UK Committee of Advertising Practice code and the United States Federal Trade Commission endorsement guides.
