AI Transparency
and Output.

Seamix AI is a generative artificial intelligence system. Every technical flat, callout, specification table, bill of materials, colourway, render and animation the Studio produces is machine-generated. No human at Seamix reviews Output before you receive it.

We publish this disclosure so that you, your team, your factories and your buyers can make informed decisions, and to meet transparency expectations under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and comparable rules elsewhere.

We do not train or host our own foundation models. We orchestrate third-party models supplied by Google through the Gemini API, currently:

• text and reasoning models of the Gemini family, used to interpret your brief, ask refinement questions and author specification text;
• image generation and image editing models of the Gemini family, used for technical flats, details, colourways and visuals;
• video generation models of the Veo family, used for optional motion and turntable assets.

Some of these are preview or experimental releases. Model versions are allowlisted server side and can be substituted, upgraded or withdrawn by the provider at any time. A model change may alter the look, wording or level of detail of Output for the same brief, and is not a defect.

Generative models produce plausible-looking output rather than verified fact. You should expect all of the following, none of which is a fault in the Service:

• Non-determinism: the same brief can produce different results on different runs, and an individual asset can occasionally fail to generate.
• Fabricated detail: measurements, tolerances, grading increments, fabric weights, yarn counts, trim sizes, consumption figures and costings can be invented or internally inconsistent.
• Physical implausibility: constructions, seam sequences or pattern relationships may be impossible or uneconomic to sew.
• Standards drift: references to standards, test methods, care symbols, needle or stitch specifications and supplier codes may be outdated, misapplied or non-existent.
• Similarity: Output may closely resemble existing designs or Output generated for other users. Uniqueness is not guaranteed.
• Language and units: unit conversions and size-system translations can be wrong and must be checked.

Output is a starting point for a professional, not a finished specification. You must apply meaningful human review before Output is used commercially, including technical review by a competent garment technologist, independent verification of every dimension and material, your own product safety and labelling assessment, and physical approval of a Golden Sample before bulk production.

This requirement is contractual. Section 4 of the Terms of Service sets out the consequences of skipping it.

Generated documents carry visible Seamix AI provenance marking, and exported assets are identified as AI-generated. You must not remove, crop out, obscure or falsify that marking where it is present for transparency reasons.

If you share Output with a factory, buyer, licensor or investor, tell them it is an unverified AI-generated draft. Presenting Output as a human-verified or certified technical package is a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

• We do not train any model on your briefs, uploads or Output.
• We use the paid Gemini API tier, under which Google does not use prompts or responses submitted through the API to train or improve its general models.
• Content is transmitted for inference only, is attributed to your authenticated account, and is not pooled with other customers for any secondary purpose.
• We do not sell or license your design content.

How that data is stored, where it is hosted and how long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

As between you and Seamix, you own the Output generated from your briefs, as set out in section 6 of the Terms of Service.

Be aware of two legal realities that we cannot change by contract. First, in several jurisdictions material generated without sufficient human authorship may attract limited or no copyright protection, so protection for purely machine-generated assets can be weaker than for human-authored work. Second, ownership as between you and us does not mean the Output is clear of third-party rights. Run your own trade mark, design right and print-origination clearance before you file, publish or manufacture.

If the Service produces something unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, infringing or seriously misleading, please tell us at abuse@seamix.ai with the document reference and the brief you used. We investigate reports, adjust our prompt and safety layers where we can, and escalate to the model provider where the behaviour originates upstream.
