1. Our Position

2. How to Send a Takedown Notice

  • your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address, and the rights holder you act for;
  • identification of the work you say is infringed, with a copy, registration number, design number or a link to it;
  • identification of the material you say infringes, precise enough for us to locate it, such as the document reference, asset URL or account email;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Do not send a takedown notice for material that is merely similar in style, or for an idea, silhouette or trend. Fashion trends and general design concepts are not protected by copyright. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice can make you liable for costs and damages.

3. What We Do

  • We acknowledge complete notices within 5 working days.
  • Where a notice appears valid we remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously and notify the account holder, passing on your notice.
  • We record the notice for our repeat-infringer process.
  • Where a notice is incomplete or plainly unfounded we will tell you what is missing and take no other action.
