How accessible the Studio currently is, the known barriers we have not yet fixed, and how to get help or report a problem.

We want Seamix AI to be usable by as many people as possible, and we treat accessibility as a design requirement rather than an afterthought. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA.
Current status: partially conformant. Parts of the Studio do not yet fully meet level AA, and we set those out honestly below rather than claiming a conformance level we have not verified.
If you cannot use part of the Service, email accessibility@seamix.ai describing the problem, the page and the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 working days and, where we cannot fix the barrier quickly, to provide the information or carry out the task for you in another way.
This statement was prepared on 13 August 2026 and revised on 6 September 2026, on the basis of internal self-assessment. It has not been independently audited. If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise the matter with the Equality Advisory and Support Service in the United Kingdom, or with the equivalent body where you live.
