One folder, in the order
a factory reads it.

No dashboard to log into, no format only Seamix can open. A run finishes and you download a ZIP: a print-ready PDF, every drawing at full resolution, and the raw data behind it. Below is a real one — CJ‑001, a boxy chore jacket — with its actual numbers, not a sample.

The download

Three things, and you own all of them.

PDFCJ-001_TechPack_Master.pdf

A4 portrait, seven sections, page numbered, with your brand on every footer. This is the document you send on once you are happy with it, laid out the way a tech pack is laid out so nobody has to hunt for anything.

Folderhigh_res_assets/

Every drawing the run produced, as its own full-resolution image. Drop them into a line sheet, a range plan or a supplier email without screenshotting a PDF.

JSONCJ-001_Raw_Manifest.json

The whole pack as structured data — every measurement, every material line, every construction parameter. For anyone who wants to pull it into their own system.

Downloading is free and always has been, on every paid plan. You pay to make a pack, not to keep it.

The PDF

Seven sections. Every paid plan gets all of them.

Nothing is held back for a higher tier. The order below is the order the pages are written, and it follows how a factory actually works through a pack: what is this, what does it look like, how is it built, what is it made of, what size is it, how do we sew it.

Master Style Identity

Page 1 of 7 · Primary visual specification
CJ-001 front elevation

The cover. Style number, brand, season, release version and the date it was issued, next to the primary visual. A factory opening the file knows in two seconds which garment this is and which revision they are holding.

The measurement chart, for real.

This is CJ‑001’s actual registry as the Studio produced it. 22 points of measure, across 5 sizes, every value in centimetres with the garment measured flat, and a tolerance on each row telling the factory how much it is allowed to be out by. Pick a size to read the pack the way a sampling room would.

Everything the jacket is made of.

28 lines across 5 groups. Every panel that gets cut, every snap that gets set, the thread, the labels and the polybag — each with the quantity one jacket consumes at size M. In the PDF each line carries its own rendered swatch.

The PDF carries a cost column for your supplier’s quotation. Seamix does not invent prices — unit cost is something only your factory can tell you.
Graded, not scaled

Every size in the run, from one brief.

A size run is not a percentage applied to a base. Each measurement grows by its own rule — a chest by centimetres, a neck by millimetres, a front neck drop not at all. These are the runs the engine drafts, with the base size highlighted.

Footwear charts print UK equivalents alongside the EU sizes, so a UK sampling room does not have to convert anything by hand.

Before you can download it

A pack with a hole in it cannot be downloaded.

Every finished run gets a verdict, computed from what actually happened rather than stamped on. Two of the four let you download. The other two tell you exactly what is wrong first — which is the entire point, because a factory finding it instead of you is expensive.

All checks passed

Nothing blocking, nothing to note.

Passed with notes

Nothing blocking. Some advisories worth reading before you send it.

Issues to fix

At least one blocking problem, listed in full so you can correct the brief and run it again.

Incomplete

A required view could not be produced. The pack says so on its face.

Download held

Every pack also prints its own audit: how many measurements were computed and on which engine version, whose body they were drafted from, the size run and base size, how many rules were evaluated and how many blocked, and how many of the drawings came back with findings. You can check every line of it against the pack in front of you.

Being straight with you

What is not in the folder.

No pattern files

There is no DXF and no AI file in the ZIP. Seamix gives you the drawings and the measurements — it does not output a digital pattern your CAD system can open. If that is what you need, this is not yet the tool for it.

No editable spreadsheet

The measurement chart and the bill of materials come as PDF and as JSON, not as an XLSX you can type into. The JSON has everything in it, so a spreadsheet is a conversion away — but we do not do that conversion for you today.

No prices

The bill of materials carries a cost column, and Seamix leaves it for your supplier. Nobody can tell you what 12oz canvas costs at your quantity, from your mill, this month, except the people quoting it.

Not a finished production spec

It is a draft for a technologist to read. The drawings are flat and the stitch notes use the numbers factories already know, but fit still has to be confirmed on a real sample against your own blocks. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
